Peggy Ann Stevens is an established Coachella Valley local artist, creating contemporary art. Her first creative role was that of owner/designer of a women’s contemporary clothing line, shown in catalog companies, and numerous clothing boutiques across the country.  Shortly after this period, she moved to Rancho Mirage, in Southern California.  From 2000 to 2011 Peggy owned and worked as an independent Interior Decorative artist, creating beautiful wall textures, murals, and custom-painted furniture for homes and businesses. Her work took her to Provence France, Northern California, and all parts of Southern California.

It was close to the end of this period that she started to experiment with paints on canvas.​My body of work consists of diverse images containing bold colors with an emphasis on nature’s forms.  Her work is always evolving, as her paintings are a reflection of her feelings, and visions at that moment in time.
